Dream accounts can be personal. This policy explains what DreamTruth needs in order to work, what it saves, and what leaves this server when you request a reading.
DreamTruth is an experimental service operated by Logan Pendragon Forge at www.loganpendragonforge.com/experiments/dreamtruth/. This policy applies to the DreamTruth experiment and not to Amazon, OpenAI, external links, or other Forge projects with their own policies.
If you register, DreamTruth collects your display name, email address, a one-way password hash, the legal version you accepted, and account timestamps. When a registered user requests a reading, DreamTruth stores the dream account, optional waking-life context, optional personal associations, spiritual-lens choice, AI-generated reading, saved-reading title, and any follow-up details. DreamTruth also uses a session cookie required for login and request security.
For abuse and cost control, DreamTruth creates a one-way keyed hash from the connection IP address and stores that hash with a request category and time. The application does not use that record to build a profile or recover the original address. Standard hosting and security logs may still record technical request information such as IP address, browser, requested path, and error details.
When you request a reading, the dream, context, associations, lens selection, and—when applicable—the prior reading and follow-up detail are transmitted to the OpenAI API configured for DreamTruth. OpenAI processes that material to generate the response. Do not submit information you do not want processed by an AI provider, including another person’s private information without permission. OpenAI’s handling of API data is governed by its own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
DreamTruth does not save a guest dream or guest reading in its application database. A guest submission is still processed by the AI provider and may appear temporarily in ordinary server or network operations. Registered dreams, context, associations, follow-ups, and generated readings are encrypted before they are written to the DreamTruth database. Passwords are hashed rather than stored in readable form. No online system can promise absolute security, so avoid adding names, addresses, financial data, medical records, passwords, or other details that are not needed for the reading.
DreamTruth uses account information to authenticate you and maintain your private archive. Dream material is used to create, save, reopen, and reinitialize readings. Technical and rate information is used to prevent automated abuse, protect model costs, diagnose failures, and secure the service. DreamTruth does not use saved dream text for advertising, public profiles, or automatic model training by Logan Pendragon Forge.
Registered account and saved-reading data remain until the account or applicable reading data is deleted, the experiment is retired, or retention is required for security or legal reasons. DreamTruth’s application-level rate events are periodically removed after they are no longer needed for abuse control; the current cleanup window is approximately seven days. Hosting backups and logs may persist for their normal operational cycles. If the experiment is discontinued, reasonable efforts will be made to delete or de-identify its application data unless retention is legally required.
DreamTruth shares reading inputs with its configured AI provider as described above and relies on hosting providers needed to deliver and secure the service. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or enforce the Terms. DreamTruth does not sell personal information and does not share dream text with advertisers.
You may use one guest reading without creating an account, subject to the current anti-abuse limit. Registered users may stop adding readings or log out at any time. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your DreamTruth account and saved readings through the Logan Pendragon Forge contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. DreamTruth may need to verify that a requester controls the relevant account before acting.
DreamTruth is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. Do not register or submit personal information if you are under 18. If the operator learns that an underage person created an account, the account and associated application data may be deleted.
This policy may change as the experiment changes. Material changes will update the effective date and may require registered users to accept a newer version before using new account features.
