I'm Logan Pendragon. I'm primarily a writer, but I also build software and digital concepts that deserve real-world testing. The Forge is where those ideas become working MVPs, meet actual users, and either grow into stronger products or stay behind as experiments.
The path is simple
How It Works
Every concept starts here with the simplest version that can still be used. That keeps the focus on whether an idea is actually useful, interesting, or worth investing in.
If people respond to it, I keep going. Features expand, the experience gets cleaner, and the product starts taking on a more complete shape. If it earns enough attention, it gets monetized. If it becomes strong enough, it graduates out of the Forge and into its own standalone brand.

Narrative AI Lab
A story-driven chat experience focused on character interaction, continuity, memory, and long-form engagement. It started as an MVP for better fictional and persona-based conversations and is now being shaped into a fuller product.
Social Discovery Lab
A moderated Snapchat discovery concept built around category browsing, profile visibility, and a cleaner way for people to connect. The goal is to take a messy idea space and turn it into a usable, structured platform.
Author Work
