You are responsible for your account, password, and any Venice API key you save. Do not share access, abuse the system, attempt credential attacks, or use the app for illegal, harmful, exploitative, harassing, or non-consensual content.

Luminary Chat Terms of Service
Last updated May 18, 2026. Luminary Chat is an alpha lab from Logan Pendragon Forge. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that features may change during testing.
Bring Your Own API Key
Luminary Chat uses your Venice API key for model requests. Any Venice usage, billing, rate limits, or provider rules are between you and Venice. Remove or rotate your key in Settings whenever needed.
Alpha Reliability
This is an alpha release. Bugs, outages, data resets, incomplete features, and behavior changes may happen while the product is being tested. Do not rely on Luminary Chat for emergency, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Content
You own the content you submit, but you grant the app permission to process it so Luminary can respond, maintain conversation context, create exports, and store memory when enabled. You may delete conversations and memory from inside the app.
Moderation
Accounts may be disabled if they are used for spam, abuse, unlawful material, provider policy evasion, credential attacks, or attempts to harm the service. Alpha access is offered as-is and may be limited to protect the lab.
