General Roadmap
The roadmap shows where the Forge may go next
This page tracks the direction of the lab system: current alpha targets, possible future experiments, and the kinds of ideas that may become public builds when ready.
Current labs are moving toward alpha quality
The next public milestone is simple: make each active lab focused, usable, and understandable enough for early testers.
Luminary Chat
AlphaRelease initial alpha
Pending
Still being built into an initial alpha. Access may be limited while core flows are assembled.
Alpha
Early usable testing. Core flows exist, but bugs and rough edges are expected.
Beta
Broader testing. The product is more stable while polish and scale improve.
V1
Version one. If it earns traction, it can move to a subdomain and later its own domain.
Lifecycle: labs begin as pending builds, move into alpha for first public testing, then beta for a broader and steadier test group. A V1 lab that gets traction can graduate from the Forge into a dedicated subdomain or live URL, and eventually its own domain name.
What each current lab is becoming
These are the active labs visitors can watch while they move toward stronger public releases.
Luminary Chat
Near-term direction: one companion named Luminary, approved registration, cleaner chat controls, clearer memory expectations, and a futuristic AI companion presentation.
Snap Finder
Near-term direction: cleaner social discovery, better profile cards, stronger category browsing, moderation clarity, content gating, and mobile polish.
Future experiments may enter the Forge when there is room
These are candidates, not guaranteed launches. The current labs remain the priority.
